No chance of ever recommending this builder. Engaged to build a considerable extension on existing dwelling. Rude obnoxious and failed to complete job after walking out before completion. Attention to detail lacking with substandard work that has required considerable expense to rectify. How the industry allows his membership is beyond me. Do NOT use this builder. Obviously screens calls as any call is ignored but call from another number and he answers. Appalling individual and tradesman.
In my opinion - Unprofessional. Very disappointed in approach to construction. Has not completed a verandah at our property in Adelaide Hills. Job started early this year (6 + months ago and is not yet complete.) No activity at site for several months and no communication from Roberts Carpentry after numerous attempts to contact regarding returning to site to complete. Verandah has been left in a state that is dangerous and at risk of collapse. Rubbish left everywhere.
