After years of experiences with dodgy mechanics and over pricing I was left not trusting anyone until I found Vale Tech! My car has never run any better, absolute quality work and will now be using these guys for any future work despite the drive to get to Lobethal!

We feel that you are posting this comment as you were displeased with having been charged for a replacement battery that we sourced from Century Batteries, who are undoubtedly the market leaders. If it would make you feel more comfortable we have no issue with you collecting your old battery from us in order to have it tested at any independent battery store.Unfortunately, as you were advised, a lot of the problem with your vehicle was that it had been attempted to be jump started by unqualified persons without following Manufacturers guidelines which can result in multiple component failure, and, as most consumers are aware batteries can fail at any time.We feel it imperative to provide a quality to service to our customers and, had we not acted with due diligence by replacing the battery in your vehicle, it would have most certainly let you down.However, we do wish to allay your fears in regards to your comments that the Service Centre is a back yard mob.Qualifications of staff on site are, but not limited to: both Light and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Auto Electrician, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technician, Nissan Master Technician, LPG Fitter, Air-conditioning Technician, Qualified Road Service Technicians RAA (contractor) & RACQ, as well as being Members of IAME and MTAA.We also have in house the most up to date scan equipment and a fully equipped workshop that we are confident is unsurpassed in the Adelaide Hills.As we stand by the quality of our work and offer a warranty service, as do Century Batteries, we would love you to pop in so that we may discuss your concerns face to face.Thank you for your patronage Stephen and we look forward to hearing from you soon.Kind regardsThe Team
